24H Series Hockenheim 16H round last weekend was not the one expected by all the AC Motorsport team and drivers despite high motivation. After an earlier gearbox change during the practice day, we took part in the qualifying session with a good but not perfect set car. Starting from the back of the grid, the #188 Audi RS3 LMS TCR was involved in a big contact with other TCR cars, requiring repairs with a 5 laps lost result. With the rain coming and other race incidents, we managed to cross the first 8 hours on Saturday with good hopes. Unfortunately, after around 3 hours ran Sunday, the gearbox decided to not continue, we decided to retire. What a shame, but the team continues to progress versus high opposition! Next round => Enna Pergusa 12H in Italy.
