With 6 TCR cars at the start of the European race kick-off 24H Series Portimao, all the AC Motorsport team knew that it would be hard to reach a good result knowing the stronger rivals and the difficult roller-coaster Portuguese track. The three AC Motorsport new drivers beside Stéphane Perrin, Christophe Hamon - Michael Blanchemain (first race for them in a front-wheel drive car), and the young Swedish Hannes Morin (first time on this track) crosses the finish line at a very good 3rd place, 6th overall. Despite some mechanical issues, we managed to finish the race thanks to a very good team spirit and good progression, because in endurance races, "first you must finish"! Thank you to AC Motorsport team for their trust, next stop Monza 12H 24H Series beginning of June!
