After a difficult learning of the wet tyres under drying conditions during last weekend race meeting in Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, we tried to ⚙️ set the car for a changing weather race conditions. It ended up P7 in qualifications over 31 cars, but the most difficult was to come with the race.
Started at 8 a.m. on saturday, we went through all the emotions: a spin after a 💢 contact from another car in the first lap of the race, an awaited pitstop to repair the left door which was not closing anymore and a 🚩 red flag due to an intense rain 💦. But the three drivers Grégoire Demoustier, Jean-Charles Rédélé and Laurent Coubard of the #4 Eurodatacar Ligier JS2R Evo made it to the end and with good strategy decisions we crossed the finish line P5 overall and 🏆 P3 in the PRO/AM category after 8 hours of intense racing! Good achievement for the team and the drivers!
